Conveyor Belt Metal Detector
DMD-400S Metal Detector is widely used in the detection of metal foreign matters in the food industry. It can detect most metal , such as Ferrous,Non-Ferrous (copper, aluminum and other non-ferrous metals), stainless steel, etc. The machine can detect the fine metal such as iron wire, screw, nut and blade mixed in the food.
Any metal can be detected
When the magnetic object enters the detection channel, the upper and lower probes generate signals through the strong magnetic field induction and send the signals to the signal receiving processor, and then the photoelectric controller, the strong electric chip, the sensitivity control chip, the signal receiving chip and the signal output chip and the executive component complete the detection work.
